前列腺癌患者组织中E2F1与血清胆固醇的表达分析

目的:通过评估前列腺癌(PCa)患者组织中E2F1的表达与血清中胆固醇的水平,探讨其可能存在的机制。方法:选取2024年1月至2025年6月佳木斯大学附属第一医院收治的PCa患者35例为PCa患者组,另选取同期体检的健康志愿者35例为健康对照组,分别测量其血清甘油三酯(TG)、载脂蛋白(ApoB)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平;Western blot、免疫组化、qRT-PCR检测PCa组织与癌旁组织中E2F1表达。结果:PCa患者癌组织E2F1表达水平显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);PCa患者组血清TG、ApoB、LDL-C水平高于健康组(P<0.05),而血清HDL-C水平显著低于健康组(P<0.05)。结论:E2F1可能通过调节脂肪细胞分化和脂肪生成促进前列腺癌的进展,进而推动肿瘤生长。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the possible mechanism by evaluating the expression of E2F1 in prostate cancer tissues and the level of serum cholesterol in prostate cancer patients. Methods: 35 prostate cancer patients admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected. Additionally, 35 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy control group. The levels of serum triglycerides(TG), apolipoprotein(ApoB), low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C), and high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C) were measured respectively. Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and qRT-PCR were used to detect the expression of E2F1 in prostate cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. Results: The expression level of E2F1 in cancer tissues of prostate cancer patients was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05). The levels of serum TG, ApoB, and LDL-C in the prostate cancer patient group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05), while the serum HDL-C level was significantly lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05). Conclusion: E2F1 may promote the progression of prostate cancer by regulating adipocyte differentiation and lipogenesis, thereby driving tumor growth.
